Nov 1: Winter hours begin at the Vernon County History Center:
Open Tuesday – Thursday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by appointment
until March 31, 2024.
Sun Nov 5: Annual VCHS recognition dinner, 1 p.m. in the fellowship hall
of the Viroqua United Methodist Church.
Thurs Nov 9: Genealogy class† meets at the Vernon County History Center, 10 a.m.
Teacher Karen Sherry will offer individualized help — bring your research materials
and your “brick walls” to the class.
Weds Nov 15: VCHS Board meeting, 4:15 p.m. at the Vernon County History Center.
Thurs Nov 23: Thanksgiving Day — Vernon County Museum and History Center
closed for the holiday.
Fri Nov 24: Twinklefest Parade in downtown Viroqua — watch for our float!
Sun Dec 3: Holiday History Tour, 1 – 4 p.m.
Weds Dec 20: VCHS sweepstakes drawing, 4 p.m. at the Vernon County History Center.
